Sukhotin's Algorithm

Folks

The basis of the algorithm is the observation that in most languages
Vs and Cs have a tendency to alternate

An observation, interestingly enough, to
which the word "algorithm" offers itself
as a counterexample: Its 6 consonants have
as neighbours five vowels and six consonants!

And note that "neighbours" has 4 vowels with
equal numbers of vowel and consonant neighbours,
and 6 consonants with 4 vowel and 6 consonant
neighbours.

In fact, pretty much the entire English language
could be cited as a counterexample!
